Neurological conditions have a wide impact globally. Research and awareness on neurological conditions will not only strengthen prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation strategies but also foster collaboration on a global scale.
Pharmacists play a large role in supporting patients with neurological conditions. As accessible health care providers pharmacists may be the first to notice new symptoms of confusion, or forgetfulness. They will also provide counselling and medication reviews, and intervene if certain medications pose a risk to brain health.
